Initially the seller (real estate acquisition) with whom Isabella (who works for title now) does business with refused to return the deposit after missing the closing deadline. After hiring an attorney they wanted to give a 50% partial return which I see as a scam! After almost a month my attorney was able to get the seller to sign the release and Title Now fully cooperated in executing the release. I have a 4, because there was a (10) day delay in getting the funds wired after the cancellation was signed.

Title Now did a phenomenal job with my closing and I would only use them for any future closing I have in South Florida. I worked with Isabella for my loan and she was an absolute super star. There were a great many unexpected hurdles and delays caused by the seller of my property and Isabella consistently found creative solutions to knock down every barrier and get the loan closed. This included ‘moving mountains’ by getting a last minute on-demand notary over to a remote location to perform the closing when an emergency popped up.
